SAMINI IN UK PUSHING BREAKING NEWS ALBUM

SAMINI is currently in the UK to push his recently released album “Breaking News”. Bangers like “Salute”, “Say No More”, “Alhaji One”, “Wedding Day”, “Bubble It”, “No More Guns” are doing well in Ghana and receiving good airplay on all radio and online networks. According to Samini, “even though songs on the album are doing well back home in Ghana, it is good to step it up and push it on the international level too. I’ve been here (UK) for the past few days doing some more connects, touching base some of the influential networks here like the BBC, Beat FM UK and others. I’m shooting some more new videos for songs on the album.” The “Breaking News” album released in December 2015 came as his 6th studio album with classic joints on it; some records on the album featured some of Africa’s very influential musicians like Ice Prince, Tiwa Savage, Phyno, Stonebwoy, Seyi Shay and others. POPULAR ACTOR NII ODOI HAS DIED

Popular Ghanaian actor, Nii Odoi Mensah, has died. Nii odoi Mensah Koolicbeatzgh.blogspot.com understands that the former president of the Ghana Actors Guild died of kidney failure. Nii Odoi Mensah had been spending about  $300 weekly to stay alive, after doctors declared both of his  kidneys incapable of performing their key functions effectively. He publicly called on benevolent organisations and individuals to support him financially to seek medical treatment in China in an interview with myjoyonline.com last year. He requested for $15,000 for his treatment and other expenses. Although it was reported that some philanthropists offered to donate the money to enable him to undergo surgery, it’s not clear what became of it.

AFRICA COMPASSION NETWORK (ACN) is an NGO run by vibrant African Youth with a common goal of making a difference across Africa by empowering Education of the future generation of kids left out in some of the remote villages and rural areas of the continent. ACN currently has about 12 branches across the continent which includes Nigeria, South Africa, Liberia, Guinea,  Malawi, Ghana, Botswana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Benin and Zambia.
